"Went in for a haircut and when the hair dresser asked me if I wanted my face framed, I should have said no, but I said “whatever you think is best”. She ended up lopping off some of my front hair, no blending and uneven. I’m not going to lie I cried when I got home. The only way I can think to fix this is cut my hair to the length she lopped the front to and it’s several inches. At the end of the day people make mistakes but where the salon really lost me was I emailed them photos and asked if someone could help fix it. They never responded. Would advise to go elsewhere. I will not be returning."

"I won’t let anyone touch my hair besides Julia!!! She’s been cutting and highlighting my hair for 3-4 years now and it’s never been healthier, longer, or stronger. It’s tough to be blonde and keep it healthy, but she has tricks up her sleeve. The best part is, I only need touch-ups twice a year and I could even go longer. It grows out perfectly!!! I love Julia and I love this salon. The girls are sweet and I always leave happy!!"

"awful Servise , the worst one that i got ! never never go and make any appontments there !!! not client oriented!!! cancel policy is disaster nor flexible that's not what are you expecting when you use beauty salon services , the stuff is not nice and they barely pick up the phone !!! dont loose your time calling them . They just smile and pretend to be nice!!"

"Rebecca was great! She took all the time needed to cut my hair perfectly and made sure I was 100% happy with it. She is highly professional and you can tell that she has a lot of expertise. Hands down one of the best cuts I got so far. I will definitely come back! The atmosphere of the salon is very relaxed and you’ll get free parking too. Highly recommend!"
