"When I scheduled my appointment with Family Dental Care, I clarified over the phone that they take my dental insurance precisely three times. I literally said these exact words, “I just want to double check to ensure that I am actually insured because it is a long drive for me to get to your office,” to which they replied something along the lines of, “don’t worry, we do take your insurance.” I wanted to clarify because I thought I remembered something about my job changing plans last year (I am behind on dentist appointments). I arrive and after half an hour of waiting and filling out forms (using the exact same info I gave over the phone) I find out that they stopped accepting my insurance over a year ago… I changed my schedule to fit in this appointment and found out that I directly wasted at least 2.5 hours of my time. I remember getting off the phone when I scheduled the appointment and wondering if I should clarify more strongly… but I thought asking a fourth time would be overkill. I can’t say anything about their actual operation because I never got past the front desk."

"Ok so I came to get my wisdom teeth removed. Painless. Felt pressure but no pain during the actual exaction. I thought I was gonna swell and be in pain and NOOO. It did hurt afterwords but not like I’m dying pain. I would pop 2 500mg pain killers ever 6 hours and the pain will almost always go away. Over all pain 5/10 (10) being the worst. I am on day three and have only take painkillers once today. No swelling what’s so ever. It does suck I can’t eat. I miss food so much! I’m not saying it’s not gonna hurt, cus I’m in discomfort. But I’m not dying. Overall dentist/ extraction experience 8/10. Wish I was asleep for the procedure."
