"Dr. Noorozi is very nice and welcoming. Dr. Noorozi is an excellent dentist and extremely professional. I have been a patient of this office for many years and Dr. Noorozi has always delivered exceptional service On one occasion I was out of the country and had a dental emergency, Dr. Noorozi coordinated with a local pharmacy to help take care of my issue until I could return and get proper care. Dr. Noorozi personally followed up with me despite the different time zones and she made sure that I was okay. Dr. Noorozi truly cares about her patients and I am happy that she is my dentist."
"Oh where to start.... Dr. Noroozi’s staff promised to send out things to get approved by my insurance and never did. Never followed up with a treatment with me. It’s been OVER a month. They tell you one thing doesn’t need to be done and then turn around the next day and say you need it. And Dr. Noroozi never follows up with what’s needed. You assume one thing will be done and when you call to get a status because you haven’t heard from them in weeks, she changes her mind without consulting you or taking into consideration what you had said you did not want done. Take in mind these are things not actually needed. The staff here forces treatments without any justification other than “your insurance approved it so might as well do it” and refuses to send out for insurance approval what’s actually needed if you don’t complete the unnecessary treatment. Completely unprofessional. She also claims to have a certain specialist working with her and when I questioned this person they tell me they’re not specialized and only have knowledge on this certain thing. Dr. Noroozi and her staff are unprofessional to say the least. Just as the other post states, the lady in the front desk always has attitude. Like she owns the place and is doing you a favor for even speaking to you lol. They also make appointments for you telling you it’s for one thing and then hook you into getting a quote for braces even after you said you didn’t want them! Overall just a shady business that wastes your time."
"Prices are very high, even though you have insurance. I visited them a few months ago, and decided not to move forward with the recommended treatment. I went back this past Friday 12.04.2020 and asked a copy of my x-rays, and the front receptionist was very unfriendly, she kinda acted, like watever... Gave me a copy(black and white, btw) can barely see it. In my opinion people, get a second and third dentist estimates just to compare prices."
"My dental experience was much better than expected. With no appointment, and after filling-out the required paper work, they took X-Rays and provided me with some options for extracting my four wisdom teeth. Made an appointment with the oral surgeon to extract all four teeth, he had to extract them because one of my tooth was at a bad angle (not covered by my PPO). The procedure took less than 30 minutes. He explained the process before starting and was asking how I was feeling during the process. He started with a numbing gel, followed by local anesthesia shots, almost no pain. I could feel how he used force to extract each tooth. He had to break apart the tooth that was at an angle. I had very little discomfort or pain with the extraction. Make sure you take someone with you, they will need to get the prescription for the pain medication that same day, and you may not be able to drive before or after the procedure. My swelling lasted about 3 days and I did not feel pain. This clinic was opened a little over a year ago, so everything looks new and clean, all the equipment look up-to-date. The staff was friendly and informative. If you need to fix a problem (like me) or improve the appearance of your teeth, this is a great clinic."
