"I got braces here to correct the small gap in my front teeth, my bottom teeth were straight before getting braces and they suggested to get braces for top and bottom. They didn’t correct the gap, and my bottom teeth got crooked. I went to a different dentist years later and they suggested to get braces and I told them I had gotten braces before already but they didn’t fix the gap. They told me they were supposed to fix the gap.. Years with braces for nothing. They also recommended that my brother get braces but all he’s teeth weren’t out yet. They promised that all teeth fell off already and that he’s ready for braces.. my parents asked what if another one falls off.. they promised to fix the tooth if that happened.. well the unfortunate happened .. his tooth fell and they didn’t fix it once it grew back.. so his canine tooth is high up and not aligned with his other teeth."

"Wait times are terrible. My fiancée was scheduled to have a cleaning at 3:30pm. We arrived at 3pm. She did not get attended until a little before 5pm. Now the cleaning itself, she was hurt. She felt pain and her towel that she had on her was full of blood. They did not have any state of the art equipment. Simply just poked with their utensils. It was not even cleaned up. Terrible time management and service. We will never be coming back. Be aware."

"I would say the care you receive from the doctors is good and the staff is helpful enough. Unfortunately, overbooking and long wait times seem to be the norm. I have never been seen on time and usually get seen about 1hr 35 mins later. It seemed like they put me last on the list when all I needed as a 10 min consult/suture removal while they put more time consuming patient procedures ahead of me. Even some patients who came after me got seen quicker than me which did not sit well with me. Parking is decently sized but, a bit crowded. Do take caution exiting the driveway as the parked cars will obstruct your field of view. I'm a bit disappointed that this office does not have central air conditioning especially when you have patients waiting up to 1hr 40mins. Not to mention the poor staff who work there all day. The office is clean inside and the rooms where they do procedures are set up neatly. Unfortunately, I don't think I will return to the office due the time issues and recent negative experience but, who knows things change. If you are close by the area and have a lot of available hours by all means try this office out as the staff are helpful and the doctors are satisfactory. Just be ready to wait a couple hours and have people go ahead of you."

"Finding a quality dentist in L.A is tough because you may find someone and they may be too pricey or you may find someone with low quality work. Dr.Aswani is one of the best dentist I have ever dealt with, and as I told her during my last visit I’m going to continue coming to her until she retires. I appreciate how gentle she is when is working and you can tell she does a great job when she is done working on you. AAA dental is straight forward with their prices and payment plans are available."
