"I avoided dentist offices pretty heavily after being traumatized as a kid with poor insurance and just terrible experiences. It's a world of difference having good insurance but even more so when you find the best dentist. I've been going to Dr. Tammy Tran for almost 4 years when I needed all my major work finally planned out and done. Dr. Tran and her entire office are very welcoming and thoughtful from the first intake appointment. Creating a treatment plan, finding specialists when needed for other work and all the payments/scheduling is a lot easier with this team. I'm beyond happy to have completed my treatment plan with her, thanks to their openness to working around my insurance and work schedule. Special shoutout to not only Dr. Tammy Tran herself (the perfectionist that she is) but also to Gloria for walking me through all my options and easing my worry with money, to Vanessa and Shayna for letting me wear my airpods through the long and loud appointments, offering me the tv remote, and of course assisting from x-rays to cementing and the occasional simple cleaning (and for chatting with me, keeps my mind off the anxiety of being in the chair haha).
