"Yall don't go to this dentist office. The dentist stood over me talking without a mask looking at my xrays on the screen next to me. Of course I didn't have my mask on thinking he was going to examine my mouth. I came in for tooth pain that has a huge cavity. All he said was I needed a root canal and left with an attitude. He didn't even care to check out my other teeth if i have more cavities even though xray tech did a full xray of all my teeth. Horrible experience!!!"

"Very inconsistent work quality put a credit card in my name without my consent refuses to honor your dental insurance always stating works not covered so they can charge thier own inflated prices dental work is already stressful but when you cant trust the dental office it's a lot more stressful you always want to get the max out of your insurance dental work is so costly and Westchester is not trying to honor your insurance at all, always refer to your insurance before you authorize work everytime!! Would not recommend this dental office."

"Something is terribly wrong. When I went in they took the X-rays (they weren't visible at all) I've gone to the dentist often Ive seen X-rays of my teeth and these takes were amateur. They said there was nothing wrong except that I needed a cap. After verifying my insurance that's when I saw red flags. They told me to come in to get the cap done. The dentist comes in numbs my mouth and starts drilling. She then stops the procedure and tells the lady I need extra surgery. They werent aware that I knew what coverage I had. She told me I had to pay out of pocket 900$ for additional surgery needed. That was a red flag. Confused I insisted on the charges for my regular cleaning which she said had told me the cost. Im positive my insurance covers those charges and neither Are cosmetic surgeries. She tried to hide the paper from me and said they would call me so they could prepare. They just continued with a cleaning in which the lady hurt me multiple times. With a new hole in my mouth they stuck a fake fill and never called back. I called in and they don't even have me in their records!!! Something seriously shady is going on. My insurance says they were billed multiple times. I will be contacting a lawyer."

"This office was absolutely horrible.The dentist was unable to see a crack in my tooth that the referral dentist not only saw but showed it to me. His treatment for a cracked tooth was antibiotics and a rinse which caused more pain. Their only interest was making more money. They also double charge. They charge the insurance company and charge you. I wouldn't recommend this office to anyone. Long wait for terrible treatment!!!"
