"Please allow me a few minutes of your time. I would like to share a thorough review of Dr "Oh-No" Emmanuel N Okonkwo, DDS. Visiting a dentist is not my favorite thing. I was nervous about having two teeth extracted and I didn't want to experience pain. My first visit was in 2020, shortly before Covid-19. Dr. Okonkwo was professional; he calmed me down and reassured me I would not feel any pain. To my satisfaction the extraction was completed without pain. After an initial consultation and examination, Dr Okonkwo identified the problem and discussed a resolution with me. When I agreed with the method of repair, I paid my co-payment, and additional fees due for my initial exam. His assistant (I can't recall her name) was professional and very nice. She provided me with a receipt. (If his assistant was not available, Dr. Okonkwo provided a receipt). During subsequent visits, I started observing unsatisfied patients; myself included. Out of concern I started speaking with them, asking questions. Complaints varied but one question remained. Why does it take so long for the completion of lab work? I discovered Dr Okonkwo patients in need of lab work, a procedure that is completed outside of the dental office (example partials, dentures, etc.); failed to submit appropriate documents/claims to the designated insurance provider. ( I will hereafter refer to Dr Emmanuel Okonkwo, DDS as Dr. 'Oh-No'. After speaking with several of his patients, I found myself saying Oh No!) Seemingly, Dr Oh-No contracted with or made an agreement with a lab NOT participating in the patients dental plan. His UNETHICAL business practices afforded him the opportunity to inflate the costs of his patients. Dr Oh-No took financial advantage of his patients. My heart especially hurt for our DEFENSELESS SENIORS. Those who are on a fixed income; the innocent within our community who have no idea how to protect him/herself against this PREDATOR, DDS. According to my conversations with several of Dr o KON kwo's unsatisfied patients, many had to live life with missing teeth or no teeth at all. Dr KON kwo's practice is NOT RECOMMENDED"

"Sooo slow. Sooo dirty. Never change the covers to the chairs. Dirty. Old. Mean. Slow. Very slow n dirty. Non organize. Needs to shut down. Asap."

"The office is clean, employees are pleasant and professional. Prices were right. All 5 of our children have their dental procedures here. Our children were never afraid since they are a pain-free dentistry. The dentist here is excellent with our autistic sons dental procedure fears. My son allowed the dentist to take full xrays! Taught him how to properly brush his teeth. Now he has no cavities at the age of 11. Thank you Dr Okonkwo."

"I was new to this dental office but walked in without an appointment and was surprised that they agreed to take me in. There were other patients there as well so I can see he is a popular dentist. And after talking to a few of the other patients, they all said that they have been going to Dr. Emmanuel Okonkwo for years and keep coming back because he is so good. So I had him clean my teeth and do some other work and was pleased that he was gentle, painless and very experienced. And his price was right too. Very affordable. For all of that, I was completely satisfied and would recommend him to anyone. Great job Dr. Emmanuel!"

"By far the worst dentist ever. No x-rays or nothing. Waited 2 hours jus for him to look at my baby teeth with a mirror and said everything is fine yet my daughter is in pain smh and told me to come back in 6 months. Not never!!!"
