"I have been with UT for over 10 years and for the last year to two years they have gone down hill and it's time to find a new primary care physician and endocrinologist and psychiatrist and OBGYN! I hate not being able to make appointments with Ashley Matthews or Charlie Busby and they are the two doctors in that group that knows my medical history better than a intern. After going to yesterday doctors visit and having to fight with them over my husband's FMLA paperwork which has been filled out wrong and he still hasn't been paid in 11 weeks by his job. Are phones have been cut off and car repo and are apartment is up for eviction because my husband FMLA paperwork was filled out completely wrong and they didn't sent over the clinical notes. At my visit yesterday because my weight management doctor writes multiple prescriptions for mounjaro in case the pharmacy runs out. They made me fill like a drug addicted which mounjaro is a diabetes drug. Good bye UT!"

"I took my 67 year old mother here to explore the possibility of this being her primary care physician. Not even! When you walk in the staff is so disengaged that they don't look up or even speak when you come to the desk! No hello, good morning, sign in here, are you a new patient, get out my face, eat dirt, NOTHING! Then after waiting over an hour and not being called but seeing other people, who arrived long after us be called back, I went to the desk to ask to reschedule for a time when I could wait all day. The reception put up her finger for me to stop talking so she could answer the phone. I thought that was extremely rude especially since there were two other zombies at the desk that could've answered the phone. Then when I tried to tell the cashier about how the appointment was at 945a and we've been waiting over an hour, she tells me no, the show up time was 945a but the appointment time was 1015a and it was only 1030a and they don't give appointment times, they give arrival times......... What?! If you don't give appointment times then why did you just say the appointment time was 1015a?? That makes NO SENSE!! Then when she rescheduled the appointment, she gave me an arrival time.......... so I won't be taking my mother back there at all!"
