"Got the most expensive package for my toes and a massage. They lather, they don't massage and my pinky toe nail polish came off the next day. Went in to get it fixed 1. None greeted me 2. They wanted me to find the color after I told them what it was 3. Was ignored when I said I found it 4. No communication on how long I was gonna have to wait 5. This is not an ocean view it's a parking lot!"

"I went to get my and my daughters nails done. They rush everything. They didn’t use gloves or any sanitation equipment, they didn’t even use acetone to clean up the edges of our nails if they messed them up. Just did this very painful scrapping with their own nails on me. They rushed my gel fill and ruined the shape of my nails. They were so lumpy, uneven and unkept. I asked for them to redo them and to take their time. They don’t focus on quality, just getting people in and out. I’ll never return and don’t recommend."

"I have been coming here with my mom for about a year now. Multiple times I've noticed that the work was half complete. I'm paying almost outward of 100+ for service almost every 2 weeks. Now this is the 4th time I've experience bad service. Not even a hour later after my appointment my nail came off. If it's busy the business is focused on cash not quality of service. I will not be coming back here."

"Husband and I went in for pedicures we paid for their luxury pedicures. We wanted to enjoy ourselves and relax. However that was the complete opposite. They began with my husband while waiting for another person, which is no big deal. However when someone did get to me when I asked for the water to be warmed up she asked why, my response was well when you wait for awhile water get cold. No one and I mean no one changed their gloves in between clients, no one used fresh, sterilized tools like the clippers, nippers and cuticle pushers. One gentleman even was eating with his gloves on then going over to do client. No one was practicing proper sanitation or cleanliness. The salon itself needs to be cleaned as well. Honestly the only reason we stayed was to try and give this salon the benefit of the doubt and see how the experience would be. After this experience we will never be back."
