"I should have looked at the lowest views before coming into the salon. Another reviewer had the same issue when they wanted choppy layers too. The older women who work here mainly focus on outdated haircuts, instead of choppy alternative hairstyles. Not only that but the customer service is awful, especially ROSIE the hairstylist. She kept raising her voice, when I calmly and politely asked her some questions about what she could do for me and showed her what I was looking for. I was never demanding, just curious. When she couldn't understand what I was looking for, I was instead met with her frustration and tone. She saw me tear up, and said "Are you crying!!?" and was very offended that I was upset. Her excuse was "Thats how I always talk, thats just how I am!" No girl, not every customer is gonna know that thats just how "you are" work on your tone and customers service. Because you shouldn't be treating anyone like that, especially to new customers."

"Went in to get a tiny touch up on haircut I'd received the week before. Just wanted the side blended in a bit more. Was in the chair getting my haircut for all of 2 minutes. Was still charged the full price ($28). Yes full price for 2 minutes of service. I will never return."
