"Dr Hampton and all the staff are very attentive to our needs. Dr Hampton makes us feel like we are her only patients. She's careful to ask all the right questions to ensure the best treatment for our situations. She even follows up personally. Great doctor! Great attitude!"
"I love the way the staff is so attentive to the patients. I truly love Dr Hampton and how she treats and talk to her patients as though she has known them forever. She is a God send. My parents love it this place and so do I."
"Treat each patient like their special. Listen to the patient and not assume you know what they are saying. I have immune deficiency. I have to be handled carefully. Don’t discount my own experience. I’ve lived in this body going on 62 years. When I say that this is the sickest I have been as an adult, I mean it. The lung congestion is bad, my lungs are throbbing in pain probably means I’ve had pneumonia many times as an adult. But my doctor wouldn’t let me complete my sentence, she interrupted me to say,”Do you think you need an X-ray?”. Interesting question. They have to call an outside provider because my doctor and office are too cheap to buy an X-ray machine. The appointment will take 1-2 weeks to get. You have to wait while they send it to the referral desk, then when they make then wait 1-2 weeks before I get to the appointment. If I have pneumonia deep enough and bad enough I will end up in the hospital and could die before I am able to get the X-ray. That’s sad if only they would just listen and also have an X-ray Maxine on-site a lot of problems could be avoided. So I turned down the offer of an X-ray. If I need one because I’m even sicker my husband can take me to the hospital, and avoid the hassle as well as the additional copayment. Which I could have avoided if my doctor would have listened to me. The above ending up in the hospital situation has happened to me before I received my diagnosis of Immunodeficiency and began receiving monthly infusions. Sound a little melodramatic? Trust me I’ve dealt with doctors like this all my life. I received bad care before probably will again but not by this doctor or clinic. Change my response to the survey to I will be switching clinics in the very near future. Thank you for your time. I read some of the glowing reviews. Boy I missed out on a lot of things offered to other patients. I told my doctor we were in financial straits, not once did they offer help with our diet by helping us to purchase fruits and vegetables. The last vegetable I saw was in a bowl of cream of mushroom soup. This part of my review angers me. She judged me by the clothing I wear. My wardrobe is five years and older. I hand wash all my clothing. I take very good care of it. I told her I had to drop my pulmonologist because we could no longer afford her when I lost my insurance. I told her that we have gone thousands of dollars in debt because of my infusions. I risked serious health risk if I missed them. I’m just sickened by the way I was treated."
"I'm 34, but I help out my elderly neighbor and bring her to her Dr. Appointments here. Dr. Barron is her Dr. And he is absolutely amazing! This entire practice is amazing! It is designed to prevent seniors from going to urgent care or the ER. When I say every staff member here goes above and beyond, I mean that! They make sure their patients are taken care of, they provide breathing machines, o2 readers, or anything the patient may need based on their individual medical problems. They have an in-house pharmacy, and if they don't have what the patient needs, there is a walgreens right next door within walking distance. The Dr. gives their patients their personal cell number so if anything were to happen, they can call them to prevent going to the ER if they don't need to, as hospitals can cause infections and other things. They also provide Uber for their patients to get to ans from their appointments. As well as provide them with resources for food and help with cleaning up their home. 10 out of 10. I recommend 100%"
