"They are crooks! They try to bill patients for services and say its not covered but they are too lazy to submit authorization. In this day of COVID patients can pay over 1000.00 for a filling that is a dental covered benefit. “Nelly”the manager is extremely unprofessional, and her staff member Maria was willing to give information over the phone about another patients care (adult) ! HIPPA ladies!!! Denti-cal fraud I’m sure will be walking through there door very soon! So if you ever received a receipt from these people without any details and you have dental insurance, I suggest you call and inform your insurance especially if its denti-cal you were charged for services. This is double billing and is fraud."
