"Unfortunately , this shop was very disappointing. When we arrived , the women working there did not greet us with a warm welcome at all and many of the dresses were Not available and the dresses that were available to try on were not clean. The women working there were not interested in really helping you or making you feel confident and beautiful— it was really not what we expected. I had family come from New York and Tennessee for this weekend and this was a big let down unfortunately . I would recommend going up to San Francisco to some tasteful boutiques where they truly care and are masters at their craft"

"Had a really disappointing time at Bride and Bustle. The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. The selection of dresses was pretty poor and most of them were not clean. I was left to dig through and try them on by myself. No help with fitting or suggestions at all. They even charged me $25 for basically doing everything myself! Didn't even get offered water. Honestly, not worth it. I wouldn't suggest this place to anyone. Better off looking elsewhere where they'll actually help you out!"

"When my party arrived for a confirmed appointment, the store was closed and locked. The business was completely unresponsive to multiple calls and emails. We waited almost a half hour past our appointment time before leaving. I'm concerned about the reliability of this business if they are not accountable for their appointments. While locked outside, we talked to another customer who was scheduled to pick up his daughter's dress. Given the stress and tight deadlines around wedding planning, it would be a nightmare for me to not have my dress available to me when promised. Overall, I did not feel that I would be able to trust this business with something as critical as my wedding dress for my special day."

"I couldn't have asked for a better experience at Bride + Bustle. Due to COVID and also not having friends and family local, I was pretty bummed about having to go dress shopping on my own. Erika provided outstanding customer service and was so supportive and helpful in the process. She assisted with photos and videos so my loved ones far away could feel part of the process (she also made me feel like a glamorous queen with her camera skills). It ended up being a ton of fun, so enjoyable and because it was just the two of us - it was more intimate and personable. Erika offered great options to work within my budget and I can't recommend the shop enough. So many beautiful choices! I found too many... Thanks B+B!"

"Bride and Bustle was my final destination for dress shopping and I found my stunning dress here! We’d had a couple of lackluster appointments trying on dresses before - walking into this shop was a totally different experience! I could browse through the dresses instead of just hoping they were bringing out things I’d want to try on, unlike some other shops we went to. My stylist also paid attention to things I liked and didn’t like, and made recommendations to help me find a dress I loved wearing but probably wouldn’t have considered on the rack. The dress I ended up loving was gorgeous, but had a super low plunging neckline on the sample - that would have been a deal breaker but they were able to offer customization options through the designer and worked with them to confirm how I wanted the adjusted neckline to look and how high to raise it. It was so worth the customization fee to create my dream dress! They have beautiful accessories there, so I got to try it on with different veils and jewelry to create the whole look. I also worked with one of their recommended tailors and she was amazing! The dress I ordered was already a much closer fit than the sample, but by the time she worked her magic, it felt like it was made for me! I loved wearing my dress from Bride and Bustle and I got so many compliments - it was truly my dream dress!"
