"Claudia and her team have done a great job at creating a wonderful shopping space. Nothing is quite like Viva in the Bay Area. The collection of brands are well crafted, Alice + Olivia, Zimmerman, LoveShackFancy, L’agence, Soia & Kyo, Simkhai, PatBo, Camilla, and A.L.C. just to name a few. The store is organized beautifully, and no need for a personal stylist, just let Claudia know what you’re looking for and she’ll do the rest. I love every purchase I’ve made."

I purchased an ALC jacket online at a sale price (though still substantially higher than the price of the jacket on other websites, which I only found later ) and it didn't fit quite well when I got it. When I asked for "permission" to return it, I was told it was "final sale" and not returnable. As evidence, I was sent a screen-shot of the website with the jacket marked "final sale". However, the jacket had not been marked as such when I purchased it and nowhere on my invoice the purchase was marked "final sale". Disappointed by the rudeness and lack of business skill of this seller."
