"The absolute worst clinic I have been too. Not only did they make me wait two and a half hours just to get me in to run some tests because I had a persistent low grade fever, they also took their time to meticulously belittle me by making snarky remarks towards me due to my “hostility.” The hostility they are referring to is when I asked them how much longer my wait would be. And even more, I think my “hostility” wouldve been understandable. And to top it off, THEY DIDNT EVEN CHECK MY TEMPERATURE. Awful physicians and caretakers!"
"This place deserves 0 stars."
"Horrible service! The nurse was very judgmental and rude. If you don’t want to be judged I would suggest stay away from this clinic"
"I wish I could give this place ZERO stars. As a healthcare provider, Wanda Stroupe should listen to her patients when they’re speaking. Thanks to you I went month after month with no relief from my symptoms and had to seek help in another county. I will share my story thus far, but please take into account that this woman should not be practicing medicine. I have been in the hospital now for two days and experiencing issues with my body for months now. It got to the point where I could feel nothing. Head to toe, my body had become numb. Unable to perform day to day functions, I sought out medical attention in December of 2022. First, I thought I was having a stroke so I visited the Emergency Room in Ripley, MS. They sent me out quickly, half in disbelief and the other I can only assume with the lack of care. I was told that the ergonomics at my job has caused this and my limbs will eventually wake up. Two weeks later I felt the exact same, so I found a PCP (Wanda Stroupe) where I live and she very quickly shut me down as well, saying it was all anxiety and gave me Lexapro. I followed my doctor’s orders simply because I hoped that she was right and that she had the best of intentions for me. Each week I would return to her office and she’d only focus on the anxiety I have, not the symptoms I was seeking help for. I quit going after the fourth appointment and decided that I was just going to live like this. As of four days ago, my entire body went numb and I was scared, dumbfounded, and I had no idea where to go from here. I scheduled another appointment with my PCP for this Wednesday, but I never made it there. My gut told me I needed immediate medical attention, so I had my partner drive me to the emergency room in Tupelo, MS (about an hour from my home). I was admitted Saturday night and was given a diagnosis yesterday after some extensive testing. I have multiple sclerosis (MS). That news set me back a lot, as it would anyone else. Right now, in this very moment I am finding it hard to find any positive in this. I am thankful that I had someone finally listen to me. It only took driving over an hour away. It felt like someone tied me down to a thousand bricks and tossed me into the ocean. I’ve been drowning over this and I’m trying to again find surface level. Part of me is hoping that writing this down and putting it out there will help make me feel just a bit better, but I’m not so sure. If you made it this far, thank you for listening. All of this goes to say, please for the love of god don’t rely on this woman to help you because she won’t. If you’re reading this Wanda, do better or get out of medical. Listen to your patients when they’re complaining or asking for help. I have already found a new provider, one who listens and takes my symptoms seriously. If you don’t want to end up like me with a chronic illness and be told that it’s nothing — go anywhere else."
"Kid & adult friendly. Every one there is extremely nice & they are quick to get you out, no sitting around & waiting for hours & are extremely thorough."
