"The NP, Hunter Michael, was very professional, very attentive, very caring and the aide (I’m sorry, her name escapes me) was just as wonderful. I had an injury and they both were very empathetic and that meant a lot- especially with the pain I was having. I had been there a few years ago, and they looked at my chart from that past visit and I was pleased to hear how well documented it was- it made me feel more relaxed and confident in their professionalism and care giving. I would absolutely recommend seeing them"
"First, I don’t like the fact that you can get the first available appointment at 8:30 and be put as #1 on the list but any earlier walk in can be bumped into the #1 or #2 spots before you. So why did I even take the time to get an appointment when I had to wait because there were walk ins as soon as the door opened. And it opens 30 minutes sooner than a online appointment can be obtained. How is that fair to someone who takes the time to make an appointment? Second, when I informed them about the meds being too strong for my stomach and I wasn’t keeping anything down, they told me to just stay off it even though I told them my infection hasn’t cleared up. The person only then suggested that I drink more water. No different meds were given and I was just told to have a good day. I still clearly are dealing with an infection! Not helpful at all!"
"Ok I go in and get 2 shots over a month ago. Medical service was good, billing no good. I have insurance. The people at the office say they take the insurance, ambetter says they're not connected with their doctor. I could have paid 150 cash at the front, but I received a bill for $610. Ok get real $460 more smh. I got to that office they can't tell me anything, my wife called and called trying to get it straight, no one seems to know what to do, so until they figure it out I guess they won't get paid. Poor receptionist rating, people don't care anymore and don't want to do their job it sad. Read the about from the owner it says affordable how is $610 for a visit affordable."
"The bedside manner of the dr is absolutely horrible. My child didn’t have shoes on and she acted like I was a criminal! I know we have germs, but I also know as a mother of 4 shoes are the last thing I was thinking about. I will not EVER be back. Not child friendly!"
"The whole staff is exceptionally friendly, professional, and caring! Especially Dr Michael and Nurse Bryant, I couldn’t have asked for better care. This facility has given me their best effort and attention each time I’ve had to visit, so I’m very thankful for Fast Pace in Ripley, MS."
