Despite being promised a discount for the inconvenience caused by the wax spilling on my hair and clothing, I was charged the regular price. To make matters worse, I suffered from a wax burn. The entire waxing area was unhygienic and I felt uncomfortable the entire time. Save your time and money."

"My wife went in with my kid to get a haircut for my mother-in-law and he was playing quietly on the couch when Angelica the stylist asked my wife to put my kid on the ground. My kid is not an animal that has to be put on the floor. If she cares to much about her couch and place she should put a sign on the front saying no kids allowed. Very unprofessional and disrespectful with her customers."
