"I was visiting from out of town, they got me in the same day, I had to change the time and they were fine with it. I had my nails painted black, I don't like the black, but it's not their fault. Color just doesn't look good on my hands. Usually I some how mess my nails up the next day, but so far they still look good. The best part was they let me bring my dog in. He was in his doggie bag, but they were fine with it. Next time I'm in town I will definitely go back."

"Just moved to the neighborhood and was surprised at how bad the reviews were for most of the nail salons around lower state. This salon had excellent reviews so I called to see if they could get me in - it was already 3:30. They said sure! 4:00? I asked if I could bring my dog and they said yes. Bonus points for dog friendly places. The place was packed! But I didn’t have to wait. They did my gel mani and pedi at the same time so I was done in less than an hour. Very friendly. Very good massage and my paws and claws look gorgeous again. Definitely my new nail place! Excellent service all around. Highly recommended."

"Pros: - friendly staff -dip mani/pedi lasted ages, which is why I came back a second time. Cons: -gel mani started chipping after less than a week -salon itself was dirty both times I went. Dogs sitting in and around the pedicure chairs, grime and hair all over the floor, no clean surface to lay your belongings on. -eyebrow wax was in a dimly lit storage room. Had to ask for a mirror to view my brows after. Tech was surprised and led me to another room, also dimly lit, with a mirror in it. When I got home, I found a dozen or so stray hairs on each eyebrow. -pedicure second time was awful. I asked for no polish this time to let me nails rest a bit, but the tech didn’t even remove all the polish from the previous pedicure. The nails were also all uneven shapes and length. —Service was very rushed. As soon as I sat down they started doing the hands and the feet simultaneously. Normally I appreciate this, but I was not given time to look at the color options, and couldn’t use my hands to look at them while I was sitting down either. I also was told I couldn’t use the massage function on the chair. I’m not sure where all the positive reviews came from. I’ve tried half a dozen nail salons in Santa Barbara, and this one is easily the dirtiest. The quality and service isn’t any better than anywhere else. It was not worth the $85."

"I was a little apprehensive about trying a new place, this was my first time there. You never quite know what you’ll get. This is without a doubt the best nail salon I've ever gone to. I was able to get an appointment easily. They got me in and did an excellent job. I'm very particular about how I like my nails shaped and they did a really good job getting them how I like them. The staff was friendly and pleasant and quite professional. This is a really nice area conveniently located on the 1800 block of State and Pedregosa. The place was pretty clean and the are pretty reasonable as far as their pricing goes."
