"Call to get information about being a new patient...and after 11 times of me calling they still didnt answer. Terrible Terrible Terrible."

"I had a situation where I needed to be referred to 2 different specialists. I called the lady at the front desk every day then weekly for about a month and a half before finding specialists to go to on my own. The old black lady that works the front desk finally called me 6 months later and said, "I see you already have your appointments made. I hope that doesn't stop you from coming here; well, I really don't care. We were swamped." Wow.... I could have had cancer or worse you nincompoop. That's beyond rude; it's down right evil. Then, to victimize yourself. I would advise any and everyone.... STAY AWAY. (Part of) THE STAFF DOESN'T CARE ABOUT YOU."

"IF I COULD HAVE GIVEN A ZERO STAR I WOULD HAVE! I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN. I NEEEDED A PHYSICAL AND A FORM FILLED OUT WHICH I STATED WHEN I SCHEDULED MY APPOINTMENT AND AFTER BEING PUT IN A ROOM THE DOCTOR TELLS ME THERE IS A CHARGE OF $25 ANDI INFORMED HER I WAS NOT TOLD THAT WHEN I SCHEDULED. THE FORM IS ACTUALLY A YES/NO QUESTION! TWO QUESTIONS TO BE EXACT! SO I HAVE TO PAY THIS FEE JUST FOR A YES/NO QUESTION? I AM HIGHLY UPSET BECAUSE I WASTED 2HOURS OF MY TIME IN THIS PLACE! THEY NEED TO INFORM THE PATIENTS DURING SCHEDULING AND EVEN WHEN I SIGNED IN AND PRESENTED THE FORM I NEVER WAS TOLD OF THIS AT ALL!! COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL HOW IT WAS DONE! I WOULDNT REFER ANYONE TO THIS PLACE! I SHOULD HAVE KNOWN SOMETHING FROM THE START WHEN I ORIGINALLY SCHEDULED MY APPOINTMENT AT THE BARTLETT LOCATION AND THEY CHANGED THE LOCATION A DAY BEFORE WITHOUT INFORMING ME THAT THE BARTLETT LOCATION WAS CLOSED! SO I HAD TO DRIVE ACROSS TOWN AND I TOLD THEM WHEN THEY CALLED TO CONFIRM MY APPOINTMENT THAT I DIDNT SCHEDULE AT THE APPLE TREE LOCATION AND THEY TELL ME THERE WAS SOMETHING WITH THE DOCTOR BEING OUT AND WHEN I GET TO THIS LOCATION THEY GAVE ME A DIFFERENT REASON. BAD BUSINESS"

"I had an appointment to be seen by the doctor. After talking to the nurse i was instructed that the Doctor in the office informed her that she could not see me for a refill on my medication and the other two issues that i was having she could only see me for two different things. I was having anxiety issues and is was totally disregarded. Then i explained to the doctor that i have ulcers and the medication that she was trying to prescribe for me causes me to become ill after taking it.. She wanted to treat me for a problem without doing an examine. I thought that was rather strange. I suggested an antibiotic that i was given before and that was totally disregarded.. I would not want to ever be seen by this doctor again. No bedside manners at all"

"I have been a patient at this location for over 5 years and loved them until recently. They implement new policies without notifying the patients are terrible about communicating and returning calls. The nursing staff who answers the phone are rude as well, talking over you and not allowing you to speak. I was pleased with this office until recently, I will not be doing back. The nurse practitioner that sees you is not very attentive either. Never again!"
