"Front desk very unprofessional, they don't know how to talk to people my wife have appointment on Friday, they call me and told me They have canceled her appointment because some wrong with the system and the doctor that was in on Friday. cancel her appointment. They tell me that she can come Saturday morning when she showed up Saturday morning From desk, tell her that she came in too late when they tell me that she can walk in on Saturday morning. Front desk acting like they own this clinic. These people don't have respect for the patients."

The only positive thing I can say is the front desk staff are very nice, helpful and seemed concerned however the nurse practitioner that I was unfortunate enough to get was the most inconsiderate and unconcerned healthcare provider. She has absolutely no business working in the line of work providing medication for people who need help. I was there on a Thursday and as of Tuesday the following week my prescription REFILL has yet to be sent to the pharmacy. It’s not a controlled substance, it’s not a narcotic; it’s only an antidepressant that shouldn’t be abruptly stopped. This lady should not be allowed to prescribe any medications for anyone! She should not be allowed to have a license to practice medicine. It’s obvious that she has zero concern about anyone’s well being."
