"Great experience with Dr. Zielie, nurses, and other staff. Highly recommend, hence the 5 stars. Only heads up is to stay calm and patient trying to get through the telephone system, as it's almost impossible to talk to someone live when you call. The automated system routes you around or drops your call."

"Decent care from Dr. Zielie and the nurses. They've been good about trying to help me with my problem itself, but really reluctant to provide anything by way of pain relief. My medical condition has completely derailed my life, and the treatments that they can offer me are things which take weeks or months to see effect. I understand that that's just how these things are, but in the meantime, I'm left suffering. The office staff doesn't always pass along messages to the nurses, or the nurses get the messages and don't communicate back, which has compounded this issue."

"The Docs are great. The admin staff are not doing their jobs. Telephone stays busy for days at a time no matter how many times I call the phone line stays busy to the point I go to their office to make appointments."

"Arrived at 1:23pm to drop off a specimen, door was locked. Looked on my phone and the website says open on Fridays until 4:30pm. This was not a holiday. Heard people talking through the door, knocked on the door and nobody answered. Called at 1:25pm and receptionist picked up and placed me on hold for 5 minutes. Coming back from hold, I told her I was there to drop off a sample and her response was that the office closed at 1:30pm, even though I attempted to walk in just for a drop-off prior to that time. This close time was not stated anywhere, and the receptionist couldn't have cared less about my frustration. They deleted my negative review on Yellow Pages also. Beware. Myself and another person will be transferring our services elsewhere. Thanks for wasting my time."
