"Here I am again at Concentra Urgent Care for a simple Pre-Screening drug test for a job... 1. They leave you in the lobby for ever! 2. The lady called in a patient that had arrived after me first, but then got it cleared up. AND 3. There always seems to be a problem with the cup temperature reader. I always get through it but professionalism can definitely be turned up a notch. Or two!"

"I was there for 2 going on 3 hours just for a simple drug test. People that came after me were seen before me. I was highly dissatisfied with my visit. Customer service was good though. Once I was seen, I was out in 3 minutes literally."

"I checked in around 0840 for pre employment lab work when I received a form to fill out. I emailed all of my forms to the email given to me. Then I was called back again to receive text/email for registration paperwork. That took a good 30 minutes to received. I filled that form out and had to go back to check in desk to let them know I completed it. Now, it's close to 1000 am and I still have not been seen. People who came in way after me started to be seen. 10 am I get another text with the wrong paperwork. I went back to the check in desk to explain to them that the lab work was in correct. Apparently, the first girl who checked me in put my labwork in wrong. Finally at 1020, I am called for my labwork. I could tell there were a lot of new people since a lot of paperwork was incorrect or taking people out of order. This establishment needs more training for new hires. Also, paper registration is so much faster than receiving email or text 3 times. Please turn the heat in in the lobby. It was so cold."

"The one star is for the physician being a nice guy. Everybody else is right about the wait times. Also the staff isn't very friendly and they're somewhat unorganized. If you come here for a DOT physical I suggest you go elsewhere unless you want a sleep study forced on you. I passed every aspect of the physical but still got a three month card. This is the only place that does this. You'll mess around and lose your cdl dealing with them. This place is a scam!"
