I hope karma will get to this woman and she will see her complete failure in this practice. Get a new occupation that doesn’t require being a decent human being because you aren’t one."

"I use to love this place when I first started going here almost 3 years ago. I really thought they cared about my mental health. Not professional with communication. Use to be able to walk in for a drug screen inorder to get a refill on my medicine. They never bothered sending a message or called to say the policy change. I missed one appointment in three years due to the weather last month and can not send my medicine in until I come test. So now I'm out of my medicine but want me to come in 2 weeks to test for the drug that's supposed to be in my system but will be out of my system within 2 weeks?? Makes zero since. I called to ask for 2 weeks worth until I could come in for my appointment and no response. I will be finding another office that actually cares about my mental health. I highly recommend not going here. It has always been a struggle to get my medicines called in. Good luck to anyone who tries this place"

"When i first started going here i thought it was wonderful they really hid who they were, the longer i have gone the more unsafe i feel with these employees, This place should be shut down. They only care about money. Adrian Williams will wrongly diagnose and wrongly medicate. She should have her license revoked. I deleted my previous review out of consideration, but then the head of the office tried to intimidate me and pull me into the back over the review. so I will be keeping this one up. They shouldn’t be so worried if they aren’t doing anything wrong.. They are so unprofessional and they do not care for the patients they only care about the money. Save yourself the extra therapy you’ll need from the trauma you get from this place. I have video of the lady trying to back me into the office too and in writing where Adriane was lying about my medication’s, and on recording as well lying to me about paperwork and also saying my medication was refilled when I have in writing that she told me she didn’t know what medication I was on. And lastly, on my medical records, she had the audacity to “quote” me with things I never said. after i have stopped going here they are still harassing me, trying to bill me for appointments i didn’t schedule, or get a reminder email/call/text for. They really just want money. It’s so sad that i went for mental health and now I’m ears deep in a building lawsuit. This place will be shut down within the next year the way they are robbing people, and taking advantage of people when they’re vulnerable!"
