"The two ladies in the lab were nice but the blood draw was the absolute worst I've ever had in my life. Extremely painful. I informed her that I was still bruised from my last blood draw a week earlier and was going to suggest maybe using the other arm but she immediately shoved the needle in that exact spot and told me as she dug around to find blood that I had 'scar tissue' in the area. No, I have a bruise because i just had blood work drawn from that vein a week ago. I always bruise but my arm has never been sore to touch after labs but it is today. Nursing 101: alternate veins for blood work."

"Dr Brannick is great. He listens, doesn't rush, and works with you to fix whatever issue you're having, instead of pushing things on you. Unfortunately, I always have to wait on hold for around 10 minutes to get through to ANYONE at the office."

"You can never get an appointment so no matter how good they are, if you are a repeat patient, you cannot get a timely appointment. When I leave the appointment, they will NOT schedule you for another appointment past 2 months out. Then when you call to make an appointment, as they ask, they are booked up until Jan, 4 months out from now. That means no visit to my endocrinologist for 7 months!! Unacceptable."

"First, I had some blood work done to check some things and they used the wrong diagnostic code when billing the insurance, causing the insurance company to deny payment. That cost me $531 out of pocket. The insurance company said that they could submit a amended bill with the correct diagnosis and it would be paid, they refused stating that the diagnosis was a legal document and could not be changed although it was wrong. From this point on, anything to do with that issue will not be covered with my insurance and I will have to get another doctor for that issue. I was prescribed Synthroid and was allowed the generic version, but that was changed by them so that the generic was not allowed. When I asked about it, they said that the generic was no longer available. My pharmacist said that not only was it available, but there was not even talk about it becoming unavailable. When this was brought to my caregiver's attention they disputed the availability and really wanted me to get the name brand stuff. I had to talk them into giving me a generic so I could afford it, and instead of just authorizing the generic they changed the prescription to something totally different. The pharmacist offered to call and explain that what I was being told was not true, but I let it lie. Now, my diabetic meds have been out for almost three weeks and after repeated calls and left messages (from me and the pharmacy), they will not give one month's refill to last me until my next appointment. They won't even return a phone call."
