"Terrible experience at front desk. Wanted to collect $240 as a deductible. Between medicare and my medigap policy I have no deductible and no co-pay. Have had this coverage for years. I explained I was grandfathered in on medigap plan F which pays medicare deductible and co-pay. Front desk could only say 240 deductible needs to be paid. I showed my cards. It was not "her job" to call my insurance Co on back of card. I did so when I got home and they verified this and said they would have told her same thing they do pay the deductible. Physian assistant is great but better training needed for front desk. I will not be back and I will no longer have anything to do with baptist network."
