"Cool folks. No pressure. Long, but a lot of info. And there was snacks lol"
"The staff was awesome. There was no high pressure, explained everything, addressed all of our concerns, and we never felt pressured to buy. They did suggest a higher package, but very understanding when we bought a lower package with the option to buy more later. We already owned a timeshare and they offered advice but never bashed our decision to keep it. Our goal is to possibly replace our timeshare at a later date. We have already booked and confirmed a vacation on the first day - no waiting period at all. We definitely recommend!!"
"We went to the presentation with a open mind, things sounded good --but then the actual cost of joining was told, the cost was not as large as others, but we just had to say no, the sales staff was not too pushy, and knowledgeable, just wasn't right for us, thanks..."
"We went to hear their sales pitch, the young man who talked to us was very knowledgeable as we're the other representatives, we never purchased anything, but they did a good job explaining everything...thanks!...loved the globes moving around for sure!!!. Good luck with your new arrival, when she gets here!!!.."
"There are pros and cons. Of course, everyone has a different experience, but ours was a mixed bag. We got " invited" to this vacation seminar by a recruiter out in Gatlinburgs while walking around. Because the guy was so friendly and gets paid commission, we was polite and went. It was suppose to take only 70 mintues and no obligation to buy anything, boy that was a strecth. We of course did our homework and looked this up, found out they run your credit, which the husband and I refused to let them, and just wanted information before anything was done. Upon asking if they did run credit my husband was told no, but I asked at a different time and was told it was a soft hit. The gentleman who first spoke with us was very friendly, professional and explained the packages and plans to us very well, answered questions and all around pleasent. After my husband and I decided this was not for us, we politely declined. Of course, doing his job and trying to make a sale he went to get his managers approval for a better package. We politely declined the package again from the manager, thanking them for their time, but since we didn't vacation much, it just wasn't for us. It took us 2 hours to get through everything, and still being very polite, but trying to tell apprently everyone in the building it was a good deal for someone else, but not us. First 2 gentlemen were very nice, friendly, and didn't anger us at all, they were pleasent conversation. But the gentleman at the end conducting the survey was rather unpleasent and a bit passive aggressive. We told him numerous time, that the packages didn't fit our needs, he went on to be more unpleasent and said, "well my mother was 65 and died of lung cancer and never took a vacation, so be thankful you have the opportunity to." Needless to say it was rather odd, and we informed him this was our first vacation in about 10 years, and said thanks, but dont vacation much. He apprently didn't like our honesty and said "well of course you dont, other wise we would be having this conversation in your living room" with a rather spiteful smerk. If you get invited, please do research, and dont get pressured into something that doesn't fit your needs. Those packages would be great for some people, just not everyone."
