"Would give 0 if available. Went in here back in 2020 after trauma and worst ever. I am a disabled veteran. They looked me dead in my face and told me the VA declined the claim and forced me into surgery through them. Later found out that they never even reached out to the VA while I was laid up and unable to function. Since the anesthesia and Campbell Clinic were listed as elective the VA can not help me cover these bills after the fact and then they decided to begin a legal litigation against me. This whole facility is the most corrupt establishment in all of Memphis and that says something after the dealings I've had with MPD!!!"
"[updated at the end] STAY AWAY. Dystopian institution hostile to patients. My first visit I got blood work done which I never got results from. Guess they just have my blood on a shelf somewhere now. Ok. They dont answer the phone or return messages, but billing will call incessantly over a bill you paid on time weeks prior. There is a secret second lab bill, too, which nobody will tell you about, including the first billing team. Hopefully you find out about it before they send you to collections! The phone operator openly resents you for not knowing the right extension. When an issue arose, I spent 2 weeks leaving messages and eventually had to return, pay to park, and stand at the reception for them to resend my prescriptions correctly. During my original visit I agreed to call in when I ran out of my current prescriptions, which went similarly except I came in, paid to park, and was told the doctor would call me. I couldnt help but plead pathetically "please, please, please have someone call me about this" and no one called. I thank god I do not depend on this institution for anything critical regarding my health and best of luck to anyone that does Update 1 - I paid the bill 2 weeks after my appointment but the bills continued for months. I called in many times, sent in evidence, talked to the company that takes the online payments and connected them with billing to confirm I paid. Their internal investigation took months and I was constantly told I would get a call from them when it was concluded. Today, 7 months after my payment, I called them and found out they decided the payment was good, but that what they were asking for was for service on a day I did not receive any service from them. I am now disputing the claim I received service on this date and talking to a lawyer."
"I honestly wouldn’t even give them one star. This is the worst place and I don’t recommend it. Husband had an appointment for back problems and took his OWN X-ray. No test or scans were done. The man spoke to him for 15 minutes and that was it. Before going when we called to make the appointment we asked how much the visit would be with no insurance and the lady said if he brought his X-ray it would only cost 121.00. Paid the 121 the day of the visit. Started receiving letters saying he owed them 421 still and we called multiple times asking for a itemized bill and still have yet to get one. Now he has gotten a bill saying he is being sent to a collection agency after I disputed the bill."
