"Went to make appointment two days in row 13 and 14 of February office closed then a lady open and said we're not open today me why are you here than called several times to get after hours answering service while in business hours no call back unprofessional waste of time and gas these people are terrible in the response area will be changing doctor to a office that opens doing the business hours thats advertised."

I hope Anthony Pagliarulo looks at the customer service received and then goes back and fires everyone and starts over. This office should be embarrassed to act this way in Tennessee."

"I used to go to the Kirby office for Dr. Pagliarulo but have been to this office and recently learned Kirby was going to be closed. My aunt, grandmother and myself had to switch and the nurse Jess and Dr. Pagliarulo are awesome as always. Also the people at this office were very kind to me and it was a very positive experience. They have a chest exray machine, they have the charts on computers which lets them very quickly and easily see all your information. I have been seeing Dr Pagliarulo for over 12 years and love him as a doctor."
