"I've been going to this VA Clinic for quite some time. At first I had problems with the counselors and then with the video conference's with the quack doctor that paid attention to the phone more than you. I quit going for a while until they moved into the new place. My doctor has always been super supportive and helpful. Things are getting a little better there. Glad I don't have to drive all the way to Memphis."

"Some of the folks are great and do excellent work. The blood draw was the best experience as they treat you right and do their job correctly. The Dr. was new there and his assistant treated me like I had some kind of a contagious disease. A large part of the problem is the rules they have to follow. It is confusing, not convenient if you have a job (they want you to drive to Memphis for other specialist several times when a local Dr can meet the needs), they still don't allow local care, and you speak to a different person every time often given false information. They had my spouse in tears as she tried to figure out a solution. It easier to pay out of pocket if you can and find a local Dr. I pray for those needing healing that they find people able to give them the care they need."

"I recieved excellent service from the front desk. They took care of a very pressing issue that I had. I absolutely appreciate everything they have done to help me. As long as you are courteous and keep you military bearing everything will go smoothly. I can't wait to meet the Doctor and Nurses here."

"Everytime I've been the staff, Dr.'s, an nurses have been great. Even making appointments an making sure Im aware that I have one coming up is properly handled. Hands down I would rather go here than the hospital's. They're allot faster and more knowledgeable in my experience. Of course some procedures are limited an you may have to go to other facilities for some things, but all together I love it here."
