"Scam place.... didn't do anything for me...took my insurance... said they were giving me medicine and didn't....sent me to someone else who wanted 500. Just to give me a consolation.... didn't take my blue shield"
"I love coming to this office. The front office staff is always courteous, kind, and professional. The dentist is a nice guy and not overly pushy with treatment. We have been extremely happy here."
"I love all of the staff in the office. They are very friendly and are very helpful and make sure my insurance is utilized to cover as much of the procedure that is necessary. Dr. Ng is very personable and friendly. I feel very confident as a patient of his and would recommend him to anyone who is in need of a dentist."
"My appointment for a teeth cleaning transformed into a nightmare. After a ridiculous amount of x-rays, the hygienist came in to do what I assumed was my teeth cleaning. Instead without a word explaining why they were not cleaning my teeth, I was subjected to a painful pointed tool that is designed to measure gum pockets. They never discussed this with me or asked for my consent. I am immune compromised and may have needed antibiotics for that type of procedure. It took two weeks for my gums to heal. They do not care about your cancer, etc and sent a unmasked man in to sit next to me in the tiny waiting room. If you value your health, and need a dentist that is considerate of your health, don't go there."
"I have never before heard of ANY dentist requiring 18 x-rays during a new patient exam. What an egregious expense to patients and insurance, let alone patient exposure to x-rays. . I was assured by the receptionist that Dr. Ng could not do his job without this excessive approach. What happened to the four x-rays dentists used to take? I was forced to get up and leave as the receptionist insisted all these images were crucial. This is an abuse of billing power. Buyer beware."
