"I highly recommend Pacific Dental Excellence! Dr. Shapiro is an expert with his skill and talent in his art and genuinely knows his stuff when it comes to teeth. Upon meeting, I could tell he was a seasoned veteran. I’ve been in and out of dental offices for the past two and a half years to fix eight different teeth where the fillings/inlays/crowns continually fall out without a moment’s notice. I’ve had sensitivity to my teeth over this entire period, and Dr. Shapiro was able to recognize problems with my mouth and jaw during my first visit that all my other dentist who have done extensive dental work have not noticed. He explained every step of the process so I was completely aware of what he was going to do before he did it. Also, his staff who assisted (Evan & Heidi) were extremely helpful and moved the payment process along painlessly. They were accommodating with my schedule since I do not live in the area at the moment and make sure to get me in at a day and time that works for both parties. Both Dr. Shapiro and his assistant, Vanessa, were very charismatic and empathetic to my situation and did their absolute best to make me feel as comfortable and taken care of as possible.
