She snatched my debit card and receipt out of my hand when I wanted to cancel and get my money back! She will also be the reason that I won’t be back! She has a very nasty attitude! I recorded the whole interaction! I called back to speak to the office manager Jean who wanted to downplay my experience talking about how she “might” have been rude! No mam, she was RUDE!"
