"I have always had a good experience with the doctor there, however, the rest of the staff is pretty rude, especially the girls who work the front desk and answer the phones. They are very slow here when it's not so busy that they can't provide services faster. I called today because of an ear infection and said I just need to be seen so I can be prescribed medicine to kill the infection. They said they'd have a nurse call me... I don't need to speak to a nurse I need to be seen by the doctor so I can be prescribed antibiotics! It's closing time in an hour and I still haven't heard from them. I called back about an hour ago and they were super rude and said they have 48 hours to respond. I don't want to wait 48 hours with an ear infection just to talk to someone over the phone! Customer service is lacking big time at this clinic!"

"I just moved to Tennessee from Florida and I fell on my driveway, hurting my foot. I went to the VA clinic in Dyersburg to get my information changed over from the VA clinic in West Palm Beach so I could get somebody to look at my foot as quickly as possible. They told me to wait two weeks until my name was "in the system" before I could make an appointment with a doctor. I was in so much pain, so I went to the VA clinic in Sikeston, Missouri which is an hour and a half away. I got in right away (as soon as I told them about my foot) and they found out that my foot is broken and gave me a boot for it. Shame on you, Dyersburg VA Clinic. I am thinking about reporting you for medical neglect."

"I’ve always been treated with the utmost respect at this particular facility, and the entire staff that works there is wonderful to me. I recently came to the clinic as a walk-in patient without an appointment, and although the waiting room was filling up quickly, I was seen by my doctor within 30 minutes of arriving. Dr. Ronald Twilla is my physician and he is by far one of the best doctors that I have had in a number of years. Dr. Twilla will take as much time as you need in order to listen to you and your concerns. A shout out to a few of the ladies whom help keep the place running smoothly day in, and day out. Missy, the receptionist is always very nice and accommodating. She will work with you and your schedule. My doctor’s nurse April is always very attentive and truly interested in you as a patient, and it definitely shows. Another one of the nurses whom I can’t recall her name, but she more than often calls me to the back and does the weigh-ins, blood pressure’s, etc, is great as well. Thanks to the gang at the Dyersburg VA clinic... I truly appreciate y’all so much!!!"
