"This is one of the worst places I've ever been. You need to stop and listen to your patience and talk to them and get to know them and having stopped waiting for so long to get into a room. So looked at when there was nobody there. I told the nurse practitioner that I had an ear infection and she told me. It was something totally different that would have been said. I need to go to the emergency room guess what the medicine she gave me worked because I had an ear infection. Take time to listen to your patience."

"They made me wait over 2 hours to even give me the paperwork i needed to fill out to get started, and I sat in the actual waiting room for an hour and a half on top of that. People who got here after me and filled in their paperwork after me were brought back before me. What should've taken an hour at most has ended up taking all day because miscommunication between the staff. They're nice enough, but if I had other plans I would've either had to cancel those plans, come back another time, or go somewhere else"

"I would give it a higher rating but I’m not happy with the fact i haven’t seen my favorite nurse in almost two weeks my kids love Ms. Diamond well they call her auntie lbvs since meeting her she has taking pride in making my babies comfortable the Jones children love her and I’m upset that she hasn’t been there don’t get me wrong everyone is wonderful and helpful but they are so use to her my youngest daughter said she would not come back until her auntie is back lbs but no I love Hometown and I love how they are nurses yes but their human as well they might have bad days but they keep the same attitude with their patients. So can someone get the message to auntie Diamond her Jones family said she been gone to long come back now. Thank you hometown for everything"

"I had the best experience with my visit today. My nurse that I had. Sorry I did not get her name I was feeling so bad to even ask. She was nothing but the most precious ever. She was in pinkish red scrubs. Treated me so nice and caring. The lady dr or nurse practitioner that saw me was the most caring. She knew what she was doing I am already feeling much better. Thank you all for being so nice. I give you all an excellent in all you do. My experience was excellent!"

"My mother is somewhat hard to handle due to her age so I’m very scared of new places and people i went into hometown a few weeks ago and I had a wonderful experience with no complaints. I had the pleasure of meeting this wonderful nurse with a wonderful attitude and the purest soul with a beautiful name Diamond barbie she was so helpful she helped me get mother out to my car and got her settled. If you ever go to hometown ask if she is working her soul is so pure I met her on the anniversary of her mother passing away and she was still full of joy. Sometimes it is hard with people dealing with my mother but Diamond took her time and tended to my mother with so much care. HUC you guys have one of the most beautiful people working for you I’m sure a lot agree you guys are awesome"
