"Every time I have come here there has been an issue with my order. Management doesn't care when you tell them an order is messed up their solution is offering what was missing off of my burger on the side. I paid for the burger to be made correctly. I handed Haley my bag and she took it to fix my sandwhich. When my order was fixed they forgot my fries. I just can't believe the complacency"

"This was my first time at Whataburger and I’d have to say, it was the absolute worst experience ever! I went during lunch time but the thing is that there was no typical lunch crowd. Sure it was people there but it wasn’t crowded crowded. I stood in like for 10 minutes until finally someone decided to acknowledge that I was there. Placed my order and then waited 30 MINUTES to get my food and again, IT WASNT LUNCHTIME BUSY! From where I was standing at the counter I noticed that they cared more about servicing the drive thru vs the front counter. So fun after 30 minutes I got my food, got home and it was COLD! HOW??? I paid $22.37 for two meals that were COLD! I just don’t understand how they are slow as Christmas when it came to preparing food. Now, on to the quality of the food, besides it being COLD, everything else was absolutely HORRENDOUS!!! I got a double burger and it’s already ridiculous that you have to add cheese for 60 cents. I look at my receipt and I got charged for two slices of cheese and only received one. I asked for ketchup and mayo on both burgers and it wasn’t there. Just mustard only. You will see that in the picture and the fries were COLD AND OLD! Taste wise overall, it was well below mediocre! I had to reheat our food which is something I shouldn’t have had to do. To make this right, I need a refund of my $22.37 because the quality of the food received, did not warrant my $22.37…PERIOD! I’ve already submitted this same review on the website, under the contact us online. So don’t tell me to do that because it’s already done!"

"We had a really good experience at this location. Went inside to order and only waited 10 min for our order. It was very clean in the dining area. The employees were friendly and courteous and the food was hot and fresh. We have been to this location before and its always great. Only complaint is that ice machine was out of order."

"They attended us very quickly. Before we got to order a older couple ordered and only did sign language. Very nice to see the employees do there best to accommodate to get their order. Once I ordered the young lady was very nice and asked questions to make sure we got what we wanted. It took 10 to 15 mins to get our order and while we sat to wait they cleaned everything up. Overall the place was sanitized and organized . We got our food and wanted to compare it to what we had in Texas. However it wasn't anything like it duh ! The burger didn't taste overwhelmingly of mustard and it actually gave you a chance to savor the flavors. Got a large milkshake as well super tasty. Will go again !"

"Omg, they are so slow! I waited in the drive through for at least 30-40 minutes! The car moves very slow. I saw two cars in front just exited without taking their foods ( even after ordering)! I got myself a spicy chicken sandwich and added a small fries. These are very basic, and a bit oily."
