"Horrible experience and customer service. Manager was not helpful at all and completely rude no empathy for anyone, clearly hates her job, I asked her if she could call customer service to help me and she wouldn’t, but another store was more than happy to help me. Called the Santa Rosa location and they were able to assist me and get me what I wanted. I suggest never going to this location, they’re just lazy and don’t actually want to help you. I suggest driving the extra hour for the Santa Rosa location."

"This place rocks, they fixed the camera on my phone about a month ago, and it is working great, but I recently had some issues with my phone and thought it might have been hacked. Tony, I think he is the owner, took a look at it and had it fixed in no time, and even though it took him about 10 minutes, he didn't charge me anything. Awesome!"

"Terrible customer service, by a particular worker who will go unnamed. Simply being he will not be hard to spot. Also they do not stock anything it seems. Only used games so there's that at least. Although you'd be getting better deals from gateway games. So quick tip, don't waste your money or time here."
