"Thrift stores should be just that or you might as well shop at an expensive recycle boutique. I suggest you check your receipt before leaving this facility with your purchase. Prices should be as advertised except here. How do you have a half off rack but the items are not half off? Another example. If the sales rack of items are for $1.00 why charge $5 at the register when ALL items on the $1 rack are the same? This was not a case of misplaced items or the first time we experienced this here. Any stores that do not have items priced or just left up to the discrepancy of the cashier to over charge 5xs more then the advertised price in any kind of sales is questionable. Point is. CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS BEFORE LEAVING THIS STORE."
"It's sorted and organized but if you are looking for used furniture be prepared to pay the price that you may not expect to, a worn down dirty couch for like 1k. I'm not kidding. Went back today after discovering double wall coffee glass and fun thing happened when I found out that glass had cracked all over it. I rufused to pay $5.99 for a useless glass that I might never gonna be able to use the register lady said "Oh sorry honey! The item is sold as it is!" but I'm seeing before I leave the counter and before I made a payment she really resists my denial and make it like it was my fault for getting broken item. Think twice before you going to support this business."
"Hospice used to be my favorite thrift store in town. However, I'm sorry to say this place has gone downhill, fast. The prices are outrageous compared to what they used to be. And the place is a cluttered mess. Since raising prices, stuff sits on the shelves longer, and they don't have the space to hoard some of the stuff they are. I don't know what's happened to the management of this store, but I really hope they can make some changes - reduce prices, clean up the clutter, and make it a more pleasant shopping experience."
