"Today I just wanted a fill and a replacement from a nail that broke off. They normally do my nails well since I love them long. I just can’t have them long right now. So I had the lady trim them down due to my job. I normally do a great job but I mainly always get the male or I believe her name was Bridgette I can be wrong. Today it was a different lady on table 5. She had the shape I wanted on the first hand she did but the second hand just turned round. When I pointed that out she lower and made the hand I like round to match the hand I didn’t like. It literally felt like she slapped on new acrylic on my old nails, lightly filed and called it a day. I did not tip this time due to the service and the quality of the nails. So I’m going to spend the rest of my night filing and fixing my own nails before I have to go to work tomorrow morning. In the photos my middle nail is how I wanted them. The others is the service I got"

"I've been this establishments a couple of times before and they did service me well in the past. However, I went to pink french tips with a hot pink outline. I even told the male nail stylist i wanted pink french tips and showed an example picture. Before he started painting them I asked if he needed to see the picture again. He said "No need, I know what to do." I had a nagging feeling he didn't but I let benefit of the doubt to take over. When he was doing my nails he was aggressive handling my hands and nails. He had painted my nails white but I thought he was still going to apply the pink nail polish. I was trying to trust the process. Then I began to get nervous again and I asked if he was going to add the pink soon. He looked at me confused saying "You wanted white french tip." I replied "no, I wanted pink like in the picture." He was exasperated "Oh no if I knew you wanted pink then I wouldn't have wasted my time" he said this in a condescending tone. I showed him the pic which clearly was pink french tips. he still tried to gaslight me saying it was 'white' in the picture. He then tried to 'fix' my nails but he did a sloppy job assuming he was frustrated and was in a hurry bc he kept repeating "it was a waste of time". So I'm rating this experience as 2 stars because V did a very good job on my younger sisters nails. I would recommend V as a nail stylist to do designs. So please avoid getting your nails done by the male nail stylist. The example pic of how I wanted my nails and the nail stylist claiming it looked white when he saw it once, which shows he wasn't going into this with intentions to do it well or satisfy the customers. The outline is uneven and too thick. You cant tell in the pics well but the white underneath is showing through the pink and tip. The last pic is the example of the nails I wanted."
