"Unprofessional and rude. They don’t know what they’re doing besides one style of eyebrows. And even that style of eyebrows they mess up. They can’t do their job right if their life depended on it. They literally have no experience needed at the front of the store which I didn’t see until I had already left. Worst place I’ve ever been to."
"They leave your eyebrows too thin. Most of the employees are young and seem kind of inexperienced. I should have known to avoid this place when the customer before me literally cried! Cried when she saw her brows. I wish I was exaggerating. The employee disregarded her feedback and instructions on what she wanted. And when the girl complained about her brows, she blamed it on her face shape. She claimed it was not her fault (the employee’s) at all. I will be stopping at Brow Art on the other side of the mall next time."
"That one star is for the older Indian lady who does threading but man do not go there for micro blading! Before I had made the appointment with the owner a younger lady had advised me that micro blading wouldn't hurt because she numbs your eye brows first (she lied about that) that strike 1, it literally felt like cat claws digging into my skin the whole time I was crying. Strike 2 is that the owner was taking photos of my brows while doing them that super unsanitary... and strike 3 she had got a pink brush to comb my brow but it was a very old nasty brush that she had unwind a long piece of hair from (ughhhh throws up*) I will not be going there for my touch up. Although the shape color and price was right I will not go there ever again. If I could turn back time I would not have gotten it done there."
"I usually go to BrowArt on the other side of the mall, but I've always wanted to try this place because it looks so pretty. Today was my first time, and the girl who did my eyebrows didn't even smile, when she was done she didn't even clean me up so I literally got brow hairs inside my eyes and had to clean my face myself. To top it off she couldn't even make eye contact and when I told her thank you before leaving she ignored me. The older lady that was there seemed nice. Perhaps if u go, only get done by the older women."
"I told the lady to not carve up my eyebrows, just a clean up. she carved my brows up and was on the phone the entire time and didnt speak a word to me nor smile the entire time. She just gave me hand gestures on what to do. Lost my business at least at the moment."
