"I came at the appointed time. Checked in, then told I had 0 minutes to wait on a screen visible to everyone. While waiting zero minutes it took another 30 minutes to get my haircut. All the while it looked as if I were getting waited upon. If I had known that the wait was going to be that long, in total (1.5 hr.) I would have made other arrangements."

"Fatima Gonzales. You are so wrong the lady has cut my son's hair. I actually go to her. My son is 3 years old and autistic he won't let any one cut his hair but her. I went one morning she cut my son's hair. was so friendly. She's my go too now. Not only is she friendly she understands my son and makes him feel welcome. He enjoys Sonic/ Pokémon conversations with her."

"Bad experience with Tish, I asked her to only do my sides with a zero just a clean-up because I'm growing out my hair since a year and a half a go and she totally messed up my line on my left side. She didn't even tell me she took off more than she should and I didn't notice until I got home and took off my hair band and a nice chunk of hair came off. I just started going to Great Clips again for the first time since over a decade a go because of a bad experience and now I just regret giving them a second chance. Thanks a lot Tish!!"
