"These guys are poor in honesty, my insurance payed for alot of what I needed done, I also payed out of my own pocket. My last session the front desk assured me that all of my payments where all complete... I come to find out that they want me to pay them 200.00 dollars more. After almost one year, I checked my credit score this morning.. and they ruined it! To top it off when I was there the girl that cleaned my teeth was telling me that I possibly had Cancer,. Cause of my teeth bleeding.... Etc. SMH ,!"

"The front staff was great. Dr. Alfi wasn't the friendliest person . He needs to change the way he speaks to people and choose his words more carefully. He seemed really bothered by the fact that I wanted to talk to him before I took X- rays. I had some cosmetic work done on my teeth and wanted to see my options were before I spent money on x-rays. He came in and recommended some work that was way out of my price range. Previous Doctor at this same office was against the work he recommended.He also is unethical. He literally lied to me and said by law he couldn't work on me without x-rays. I decided that he wasn't the Doctor for me because of his terrible attitude.. I went to another Dentist the following day and ask him if there was any law about getting x -rays done. He said there was absolutely no Law saying this. It is just done for patients comfort.. Dr.Alfi is unethical and is just trying to make money off you ."

"The hygienist that took x rays etc, was wonderful! The client services staff were efficient and very friendly. But the dentist was lacking in bedside manor and mostly the ability to explain to a lay person what was needed. After he left from his 1 minute explanation of what was required for my oral health going forward, I spent 30 minutes plus trying to reconcile that lack of information with the real info the staff was trying to explain to me. This dentist was not the mail dentist at this office, maybe a contract? He did not instill confidence at all."

"The staff and associates at Prunedale Dental are friendly and professional. They provide an excellent quality of care, and what's more, they are accommodating with scheduling and clear with billing. I am grateful to everyone that I have encountered in the office. Thank you all."

"Excellent. . . Walking into the office your met with passion. Receptionist thoughtful and kind. Listens to your needs and works with you as an individual. The young woman who did x-ray kind, makes you comfortable. Talks "to" you, not "at" you. Amazing. . The doctor informational, listens, and works with your concerns and helps with a dental plan. The office manager spoke to her and passion, kindness, and the help each individual gives is awesome. Saving my smile, helping me deal with sensitivity, I am grateful and happy. Best experience I have ever had . . .I have had a few not so good. I am 63 and my fears . . . "no more." What more could an ole gal ask for. Thank you all at Prundale Dental."
