"This business promotes walk-ins. After calling to verify it was okay, I was informed by the front desk ( Briana ) that I would wait 15 minutes to be attended to. I waited over 45 minutes just to be told, “Keep waiting until we are done with our appointments,” communication comes a long way. If this would have been committed at the time of my call, I would have gone elsewhere, instead of wasting my time waiting around and not being attended to."
"Beautiful spa and friendly staff. I was surprised at how large the inside appeared to be. Very busy, I would make an appointment. The wait time was less than 5 minutes as a walk-in. You get a menu with a number of different options of pedicures. Excuse the angle of my feet. I had my nieces puppy on my lap."
"Good if you can manage to be seen. I had one appt that was good but I have tried 3 other times as a walk in or with an appointment. All times I waited 30 min to 1 hour without having my nails done. I end up having to leave because I can't wait any longer. If an appointment is made I don't feel someone should have to wait that long."
