"I would leave less then 1 star if i could she was rude she cut my son fingers she messed up his nails tammy was very rude she was pulling him and he was bleeding and his nails didn’t last 2 days and they broke"

"If I could give this place anything less than one star I would. I’m normally not the type to complain but oh my Gosh… the most horrible experience ever! .. I walked in and asked for a pedicure and manicure. They took me right in. The pedicure was ok, but the so called manicure was a nightmare. Not only was Tammy the owner so rough …it’s almost like she was mad, they took the dremmel to my natural nail and I was burned twice. I had asked for a manicure …so not sure why she was using the dremmel. After the dremmel incident Tammy proceeded to apply the polish. I asked her if she was going to clean my cuticles which she replied ..”yes don’t worry “… after the polish she started cutting my cuticles ( she didn’t even soak my hands first) …she nicked me twice and I was just getting ready to say something when …omg! She cut me so bad ! I pulled my hand away and said ..”ok that’s it…I’m never coming back here again “. My finger bled so bad. I was in shock from the experience. I was literally in tears from the pain. And yes…I paid …shouldn’t have, but I did!!"

"I came here to get a manicure. They did a good job but she was clearly in a rush, she also became super inpatient as I was looking over the colors. She didn’t even file my nails squared correctly, I had to ask her to do so and she did it roughly as well. There were 2 other ladies just sitting down at their tables which made no sense. Then someone walks in saying they have an appointment for a manicure and she has to wait for the lady I’m with to finish when there were 2 others doing nothing. Felt weird to have a manicure done in 20 minutes tops when I expected it to take about 45 mins… I asked for gel and she used regular polish.. I was charged $45 for a quick service but seeing as she was in a rush and did a ok job I felt it was overpriced. Definitely will not be coming here again."

"I was robbed today, not with a gun but by a trip to Tammy's Spa. My friend and I decided to treat ourselves to a pedicure at Tammy's Spa & Nails at 1942 Main Street, Watsonville, CA, 95076. I was quoted a price for a basic pedicure. We had a wonderful time visiting and chatting as our toes were done. Then we went to pay. The base pedicure price quoted was $20. When I was rung up, I was told that the cost was now $31.95 less $1.95 if paid cash. As I was about to pay the bill, another technician walked up and said something to her in whatever language was spoken. Her eyes widened, and she added another $20.00 to the bill. When I objected, stating the new price was not quoted at the time of service. The other technician claimed we got a service different than the basic pedicure. Rather than make a major scene, I paid, especially since my friend didn't support me, stating she had never heard the quote. I am an unhappy customer. Their prices should be posted, or someone proficient in English should make any price changes they are asking beyond what they quoted. I will not be returning or recommending Tammy's spa."
