"Was treated horrible by the commercial department. Maybe it was the manager and older gentleman went in to return some parts I had purchased for my mechanic and tried to return them. He looked at the paper and said I had to return it at the other store he couldn’t help me. I went walking because it was closer to my house and was upset!!! He said he couldn’t because he would lower his sales and kept saying that. He could have helped but decided not too because the account was a bit much. Which I think is ridiculous!!! I think he should be talked too and will return tomorrow to see if someone else can help !"

"I ordered my oil last weekend,the oil was not there on the following weekend. I cancelled the order and reordered the oil and was told it would be there the next day. It wasn't there"

"Awesome!! I bought a can of mass air flow sensor cleaner and to my surprise the next day when I went to use the spray it was almost completely empty it had leaked out on the the floorboard of my car. So I went into the store without a receipt they listened to my situation and my frustration and replaced the empty can with a new can for me. They said just this once but to me just this once is what mattered to me while I've been trying to diagnose and fix my car problems. 5 stars for customer service and care!!"

"Not to sure about there customer service in the store but I called about a battery and I was on hold for almost 15 minutes and never came back to check in if I’ve been helped"
