"Waiting almost 2 months for an appointment .The staff at perfect smile wanted me to pay out of pocket for a procedure that Central Coast Alliance covered. When I told them I don’t have cash on me right now they said to go to the bank and get it if not wait another month for an appointment. On my way to the bank I called CCA and they told me that they cover it and they don’t know why would they charge me. I get back to Perfect Smile and the lady at the Desk starts YELLING at me saying to get out of there and that they can’t help me because I called Central Coastal Alliance."

Then proceeded to say that she can give us a discount if we pay cash. She refused to give paperwork that explains the charges. When we asked for the treatment plan with dental codes. She got irritated and stated they don't give those out. I called my insurance and verified that I am covered for the root canals/crowns. 7k for 2 root canals/crowns and 2 fillings. But you can give me a discount if I pay cash right? Already got my teeth fixed at another dentist."
