"Intimate venue for live music if you are in the area. I stopped in and saw a bluegrass show while I was in Nashville - I think it was about a 25 min drive. It’s a stand alone building in with the Factory at Franklin. I visited in a Saturday night early December. It was dark out and I wasn’t sure exactly how it was situated in regards to the shopping area so I parked clear in the other side of the Factory and walked through that building - which was actually quite busy. The theater has a small bar area, I only got water but I did get a Turkey sandwich and that good. Ticket food prices are very reasonable. The theater was pretty full. Seating is not assigned - or it wasn’t for this particular show anyway. I enjoyed myself."

"Really fun theater for live performances. Ample well lit parking right in front of theater. Lots of great food options inside the adjacent facility...The Factory. Really enjoy attending the Monday evening live Improv performances by Oddity Improv. Highly recommend"

"Went to see carolynn Xavier there. Didn't know it was an improv show as well. It wad one of the best nights we have had. They were all hilarious and had us laughing the whole time. The venue is intimate, which we really liked. We will be back for more shows."
