"The Franklin Theater is one of the very best venues in Franklin for movies, live music, theater, and so much more. They've taken the time to preserve its historical ambiance. I promise you'll love the vibe this space brings. Tonight I spent the evening with friends at the Downtown Franklin Association awards event. Make the Franklin Theater a part of your visit to Franklin."
"Every time we visit The Franklin Theatre for a show or movie we have an amazing experience. This charming little theater, nestled in the heart of the town, is a true gem. The ambiance of the theatre is wonderfully inviting, with its vintage decor and intimate seating. It feels like stepping back in time, yet with all the modern amenities you'd expect for a comfortable viewing experience. The local talent on stage was truly impressive, showcasing a level of passion and skill that you might not expect in a small town setting. Both engaging and professionally executed, a testament to the dedication of everyone involved. Another aspect worth mentioning is the staff and volunteers at the theater. Each person we interacted with was incredibly friendly and enthusiastic, which added to the overall warm and welcoming atmosphere. Lastly, the ticket prices are very reasonable, especially considering the quality of the performances. It's clear that The Franklin Theatre is committed to making the arts accessible to the community. In conclusion, this venue is a wonderful place for friends and family to enjoy high-quality theater in a cozy, inviting setting. It's a cultural cornerstone for Franklin, and I highly recommend it to locals and visitors alike. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!"
"Theater in historic Franklin, Tennessee. I was visiting Nashville and decided to drive down to check out the town and decided to see show. It’s a small intimate venue and I would say there probably isn’t a bad seat in the house. There was a small table seating area in front of the stage. They had a concession area but I can’t say for sure what kind of food they had - I remember seeing popcorn. I had one beer. The show was good. Parking is on the street but there are some lots in town and it’s very walkable. I purchased my show ticket online and picked it up at will call - easy process."
"Really cool venue with a long history but current and relevant performances. Came here for the first time to see the Warren Brothers and, WOW! They've written 3000 songs either with or for some top artists like Tim McGraw, Taylor Swift, Dierkes Bentley, etc and have a great sense of humor along with their exceptional music. Looking forward to seeing more artists here as the Franklin theatre is small and an intimate venue for listening to great music. P.S. Beer, wine, cocktails, popcorn and other snacks available, as well."
