Mattress King

"I purchased a matress set on 1/13. It was supposed to deliver today, which is 1/20. My road was blocked at the time of delivery and they could not get through. I reached out less than an hour later to let them know that it was cleared and asked them to please try again. Mind you, I have already waited a week. Now they are telling me that I have to wait a whole another week to deliver. This is unacceptable. I paid over $1400 and all you can say is"sorry". I guess this will be the last time I use them. I will leave on a high note. In store experience was perfect! Update!!! I was contacted by the store manager a couple hours later and we have resolved the issue. I loved the store atmosphere and the knowledge and help I received was way above par. I should receive my new set tomorrow. Thank you, Mattress King!!!"

"On 9-02-2023 I ordered a silver frame with rollers , like the ones displayed in the store, for a twin xl mattress. I was informed the order pickup date would be 9-15-2023. On the 15th I noticed a hole in the box and that the frame was black. I mentioned it to the sales rep. She assured me it was what I ordered but a different color. It was not. Rollers was not in the box and the frame will not accommodate a twin xl. On the box it is printed twin to Cal. King. Extensions to widened the frame, but not to lengthen the frame. Over the course of many trips to the store, telephone calls, emails, from 09-16-2023 to 09-23-2023 to get rollers for a frame I did not order and I cannot use for a twin xl mattress, I wonder was the frame ordered? Bottom line I cannot get a refund or the frame I ordered. I cannot recommend this company to others because of my experience of receiving poor customer service and I what I consider poor business ethics."
