You can book a session online and use your time judiciously. This one is mostly run by women, and they try to placate the customers with pleasant conversation if there is a huge line of customer wait list."

"We came here on a Saturday morning right before the opening time. The hairdresser was very nice, she checked me and my husband in. We waited only 5 minutes and got our hair done in about 10-15 minutes. It cost $25 + $5 tip (per person). It wasn't like the best haircut/hairstyle but you shouldn't expect that from a $25 haircut either. I was just looking for a quick decent simple haircut and I got what wanted so no complaints from me. We both like our hairdressers. They were really friendly, nice and polite! Definitely recommend but then again, remember to set your expectations right!"

"I took my daughter for haircut over here. She has very thick curly hair. I specifically told the hair stylist Audrey to not to do the layering, just simple end trimming is good for us. She started thinning the hair too much saying it’s too thick and not good and also “layering”. I told her to stop many times , but she was not listening at all. What can I say, my daughter ended up leaving with very short thin hair and crying. NEVER GOING BACK TO THIS PLACE."
