"The staff is friendly, warm, and cooperative. They greet me with happy faces all the time. Alondra, my hairstylist, is polite and skilled. She provides consistent services every time. I highly appreciate Alondra's professionalism and the quality of work she provides. She has taken care of my hair for the last 10 years. "I had a reservation for several services: roots, highlights, toner and blowdry, total about 3-3.5 hours. I was 30 minutes late, but they said they didn’t have time to do anything but roots. moreover, I had to go home and rinse color at home and had to pay for everything I booked. I understand that I was late, but I was shocked. I ve been their client for a long time, I literally had a reservation for 3 hours, and they said they could perform like a 20 minute service. In the end, they agreed to rinse my hair. I was always flexible and understanding when they called me and asked to come later or they didn’t have time for blowdry, or when they didn’t rinse the color properly, or when they didn’t color my greys completely, or when they sold me defective products. That was my last time in this salon. UPD: they lied in their response:) I’m attaching photos to my review. They never did foils as you can see. On top of that, this is the quality of their “root touch up”. They left a lot of grey “untouched”."

"Atelier has been my go-to salon for over a decade and it never disappoints! Anna has been my stylist since day one and I’ve only had great experiences with her - she takes time to listen to my requests and offers suggestions as well. She recently took ownership of the salon has given it some upgrades that have really enhanced the space and upped its luxury factor. Plus, the location is great because after my appointment, I get to walk down fancy Santana Row with an expensive latte in my hand and my fresh blowout flowing in the wind. Perfect. Atelier uses Aveda products and has a great selection of their stuff up front for sale. Over time, I have noticed that my bathroom drawer has become filled exclusively with their plant-based, aromatic products. My transformation to “product snob” is complete. Highly recommend Atelier for all your hair-related needs, especially when you need a little pampering. Ask for Anna!"
